LESBIAN VISIBILITY DAY Next week on 26 April, IGLTA proudly joins the world in celebrating Lesbian Visibility Day, a powerful moment to honor lesbian identity and uplift LGBTQIA+ women and non-binary people. Since its inception in 2008, this important day has amplified voices within the community, providing a platform to share stories and experiences while highlighting ongoing representation challenges. Figures like Lena Waithe and Megan Rapinoe have used the occasion to share vital messages on visibility and equality, inspiring progress and awareness. IGLTA remains committed to supporting and empowering the lesbian community worldwide

BOSTON HOSTS THE FIRST-EVER MULTIDAY QUEER FOOD FESTIVAL  From 28 April to 4 May, Big Queer Food Fest brings a weeklong celebration of LGBTQIA+ chefs, authors, mixologists, and food lovers to Boston. Highlights include the star-studded Grand Tasting at High Street Place, a drag-hosted tea party at the Boston Tea Party Museum, intimate chef dinners, riveting chef and author discussions, and more.
