For the second time, an entire Aer Lingus aircraft will be reserved solely for flights redeemed using Avios, the reward currency of AerClub. This limited-time service departs from Dublin on 17 August and returns on 24 August 2025. AerClub members can secure their spot for just 15,000 Avios return (includes a 10kg and 20kg bag), with additional taxes, fees, and carrier charges applicable.
This initiative provides AerClub members with a unique way to make the most of their Avios. Members can also choose range of Cash + Avios options if they don’t have enough Avios to cover the total cost of the flight. The Faro flight announcement comes as Aer Lingus’ first ever Avios-Only flights to Tenerife prepares to take off in April. Due to huge demand from members, seats on that flight sold out in under three hours.

Avios is a reward currency that can be collected by AerClub members on purchases of flights, hotels, car hire, or by simply shopping with hundreds of retail partners through the AerClub eStore, including Life Style Sports, Deliveroo, and Brown Thomas. Avios can be redeemed on flights, hotels, car hire and experiences, delivering savings to members on their travel spend.
