The 2025 assembly provides Angola with a platform to enhance its international profile, promote its “Angola Brand,” and position Luanda as a pivotal mobility hub. With the recently inaugurated New Luanda International Airport, Dr. António Agostinho Neto (NBJ), Angola can demonstrate its state-of-the-art infrastructure while fostering tourism, trade, and investment. The event will also enable the nation to form strategic partnerships and attract global investors. Additionally, TAAG Angola Airlines will take on the presidency of AFRAA in 2025, with CEO Nelson de Oliveira assuming the leadership role.
Leading TAAG’s delegation in Cairo was Chairman António dos Santos Domingos, who delivered a keynote address emphasizing Angola’s potential and TAAG’s capabilities as the next host of this prestigious aviation summit.
Widely regarded as Africa’s premier aviation platform, the AFRAA Annual General Assembly brings together key stakeholders to address the sector’s challenges and opportunities.
