EOS Hospitality names Nicholas Farina as VP, operations

 

EOS Hospitality has appointed Nicholas Farina as VP, operations. In his new role, he focuses on operational strategy and support for the more than 40 hotels in the company’s portfolio.

He works alongside the property leaders to understand their needs and find resources to help achieve their goals. He will also work alongside COO Simon Mais to streamline processes in collaboration with the properties, to help provide consistent practices across the portfolio.

“The EOS Hospitality team feels privileged to welcome such a highly accomplished executive as Nicholas Farina,” said Mais. “Given his extensive background in hotel operations, and my personal past experience in working with him, we are confident that EOS will greatly benefit from his skills, talents and leadership.”

Farina brings with him almost 20 years of hospitality industry experience, with some of the world’s most distinguished hotel brands. Most recently, he oversaw the opening of 1 Hotel Nashville and was involved with the City of Nashville on the Mayor’s initiatives to drive climate change in the rapidly changing Nashville area. Prior to this, he was the GM for 1 Hotel Central Park, where he became a steward of sustainable practices. Previously, he was with Loews Hotels as the hotel manager at the Loews Regency, overseeing all hotel operations. He began his hospitality career with the Dorchester Collection at the New York Palace, where he held numerous positions in F&B, sales and rooms operations.
