The speakers for the TravelTech Show have now been announced

Now just one week away; TravelTech Show, formerly Travel Technology Europe, have unveiled an impressive line up of over 59 industry speakers to talk about a variety of on-point topics.

The show will be the first truly global virtual show of its kind and the speakers include Fabio Zecchini TUI Musement Chief Technology Officer from TUI GroupShyn Yee Ho-Strangas Director, Global Product Management, from Expedia Group and b from HolidayPirates Group. Plus digital and marketing leaders from Amadeus, MIDOCO GroupEdwardian Hotels LondonTravel Technology InitiativeKuoni TravelVisit Greenland and Hopper.

Speakers will focus on the global travel tech market with discussions around the ‘post-pandemic cloud’, ‘evolving technology’ and ‘emerging new travel trends’. Fabio Zecchini TUI Musement Chief Technology Officer for TUI Group will be talking about the year that product took centre stage.

“The last 12-18 months saw a dependence on technology to restart travel, with digital solutions now firmly embedded in the customer journey of all companies. As restrictions are eased, it’s going to be interesting to see how technology further evolves and influences the future of the travel industry.” Fabio explains.

Shyn Yee Ho-Strangas holds the role of Director, Global Product Management for Brand at Expedia Group and she will be exploring the role that Chatbots and Virtual agents will play in an international environment. “I am looking forward very much to discussing with my fellow panelists the readiness of virtual agent technology today to reshape customer experience within Travel, and the upsides and challenges that businesses can expect and should prepare for especially in a multi-language environment like Asia.” Enthuses Shyn Yee.

The interactive, two-day event – the show’s 18th edition – will take place on 14th-15th September 2021.
