Located at 8967 West Airport Drive, the hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Tharaldson Hospitality Management of Decatur, Illinois. The four-story 109-suite hotel is situated across the street from the Spokane International Airport and 14 minutes from downtown Spokane and provides convenient access to Riverfront Park, Northern Quest Casino and Indian Canyon Golf Course.
The new hotel and its suites offer travelers a little extra space as compared to a typical hotel room. Each room consists of a separate living, working and sleeping area that provides guests with flexibility and functionality. The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, soft linens and plush pillows ideal for an optimum night’s sleep. The rooms also comes with the latest in-room entertainment technology, allowing guests to access their Hulu and Netflix accounts, as well as YouTube, Amazon Prime and HBO Go, through the HDTV.
Each suite features a SpringHill Suites’ custom, three-in-one West Elm sofa which converts from a sofa to a daybed to a trundle bed that offers a comfort alongside stylish good looks as well as a West Elm Swivel Chair that provides extra space for relaxation. The work space consists if a well-lit desk space to ensure maximum productivity for those who need focus. The entire designing, furniture, lighting and colouring of the hotel from guest rooms to the lobby has been carefully selected to offer calm and refreshing spaces that will allow guests to relax and recharge. The lobby features a brand-new design that adds depth and sophistication to the decor.
