Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has said that it will manage a new hotel and residential project in Tel Aviv, which is all set to open by 2023 end. The Group will be the first luxury hospitality brand to debut in the city.

The property’s waterfront location overlooking one of the city’s pristine Mediterranean beaches would be among its highlights. It will be based in the city’s one of the exclusive residential areas and will be within walking distance of vibrant restaurants, shopping and nightlife.  The holy city of Jerusalem could be reached in an hour from the upcoming hotel.

The hotel will boast 225 spacious rooms, including 44 suites, with most accommodation offering vistas of the Mediterranean and the Tel Aviv skyline.

Apart from this, it will have five restaurants and bars serving different cuisines and a range of flexible meeting facilities including a ballroom.

The Group’s signature wellness therapies and treatments will also be available at the expansive Spa at Mandarin Oriental, and the property will also have a well-equipped fitness centre. An extensive pool area with a variety of outdoor dining options and a waterfront pool club offering a wide range of sports activities would also be among its attractions.

The 230 Residences at Mandarin Oriental will offer a range of dedicated facilities, apart from all the hotel’s amenities and Mandarin Oriental’s legendary service.

Seagate Real Estate Ltd. led by Hertzel Habas is developing the property, which is known as one of the most respected luxury residential developers in Tel Aviv and Orit Freedman Weissman, a former Goldman Sachs partner.
