In particular, the team is proud to introduce two distinctive customised cakes: lemon drizzle cakes with wild flower honey and dundee cake with sweet chaste berry honey. The wild flower honey consists a very sweet taste alongside a slight flavour of tart cherry and a wonderful floral aftertaste.
