Ει βούλει καλώς ακούειν, μάθε καλώς λέγειν, μαθών δε καλώς λέγειν, πειρώ καλώς πράττειν, και ούτω καρπώση το καλώς ακούειν. (Επίκτητος)

It has never been easier to gift friends and relatives with a thoughtful and unique assortment of gifts, and it doesn’t hurt that the packaging is definitely Instagrammable, which is always a plus.

The first MiniPinkBook Maker’s Bag will be available at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis beginning November 29, 2018 at the Spa and Salon, located on the 7th floor of the Hotel.

The handcrafted Apolis bag provides sustainable employment and fair wages for a growing female artisan cooperative in rural Bangladesh. The bag’s contents include products from independent St. Louis brands: an exclusive maple butcher block cutting board from David Stine Woodworking, a boxed stationery set from Cheree Berry Paper and an exclusive skincare set from Lark Skin Co. Each bag retails for USD 140, a portion of proceeds will be donated to St. Louis Crisis Nursery.

Launched earlier this fall, native St. Louisan Nicole Benoist created the website as a digital platform for independent designers and retailers. As consumers are inundated with digital content, MiniPinkBook provides a curated shopping experience that connects consumers to indie fashion and beauty brands in the form of a digital co-op with a strong, witty voice.

“This concept has been nearly 10 years in the making,” says Benoist. “My goal is to not only increase visibility for independent designers and retailers across the country, but also collaborate with them in creating exclusive products that give back to local communities. In this new age of retail, I believe in forming partnerships with likeminded companies that don’t necessarily fall within traditional retail. I could not be more excited to have our first product offering in Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis.”

Spa and Salon Director Erin Stewart is equally excited about the partnership. “I am passionate about supporting local entrepreneurs and thrilled to be providing shoppers with a curated gift this holiday season.”
