MECHANICSBURG, PA—Neema Hospitality, a hotel ownership and management company, purchased the Fairfield Inn & Suites located in Slippery Rock, PA and the Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotel located in Canonsburg, PA.
The 75-room Fairfield Inn & Suites is located north of Pittsburgh next to Slippery Rock University and minutes from the Grover City Premium Outlets. Amenities include a complimentary hot breakfast, free WiFi, in-room microwaves, in-room refrigerators and an indoor pool.
The 90-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites is located south of Pittsburgh in Canonsburg, PA within access to the Southpointe Business Park and Meadows Racetrack and Casino. Guestrooms offer microwaves, refrigerators, 42-in. flat-screen TVs, free breakfast and WiFi. The hotel is equipped with a large heated indoor pool, patio with a fire pit and over 1,600 sq. ft. of meeting space.

The purchase of the two assets over the last few months increases the Neema Hospitality portfolio to 11 hotels across Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia.
