The all-suite, extended stay hotel, which opened in April 2016, is located in Great Valley/Malvern proximate to the Route 29 and Pennsylvania Turnpike interchange, within the King of Prussia/Valley Forge submarket.
The Great Valley/Malvern subsection of the King of Prussia/Valley Forge submarket is home to some of the largest corporations in the suburban Philadelphia region, consisting of approximately 17 million square feet of office space, including the corporate offices for Vanguard, Saint Gobain, Teva Pharmaceuticals and Endo Pharmaceuticals. The Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Great Valley | Malvern, located prominently within the mixed-use development, Charlestown Village, offers a variety of walkable restaurant and retail amenities, and convenient access to Great Valley Corporate Center and King of Prussia Mall.

The Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Great Valley | Malvern features 127 studio and one-bedroom suites, each with fully-equipped kitchens. The hotel offers a 24-hour business center and fitness center, laundry facilities, grocery shopping service and complimentary internet access throughout the hotel. Guests can enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast, as well as evening socials at The Residence Inn Mix each Monday through Wednesday. Other amenities of the pet-friendly hotel include an indoor pool and BBQ & picnic area. The hotel also offers nearly 500 square feet of flexible meeting and board room space.
