Genève Aéroport launches new platform, inspiring travelers with ArrivalGuides Content

The travel industry offers plenty in terms of online bookings and price comparison platforms, but very little in the way of effective and dynamic inspiration platforms. In an attempt to fill this gap, Genève Aéroport has launched a new tool, L’Évasion, which allows travelers to get suggestions on direct flights from the airport, based on intuitive and easy to fill criteria, and ArrivalGuides is proud to be this project’s content provider.
ArrivalGuides’ fruitful partnership with Geneva airport began back in 2013, when the Content Max widget was implemented into their website in order to enhance traveler experience with high-quality, up-to-date content on the destinations directly accessible from the airport. Over the years Genève Aéroport commissioned the creation of additional travel guides and translations into new languages to further enhance the ArrivalGuides library and their own offerings.
Now, after years of fruitful collaboration, Geneva airport has upgraded to using ArrivalGuides’ API solution in the creation of their new inspiration platform, L’Évasion. It is an innovative proposition among airports, whose purpose is “to make life easier for travelers who absolutely wish to leave from their favorite airport but have not chosen their holiday destination yet” by choosing preferences in terms of theme, temperature, flight duration, fare, and more. Once the choices are made, the user receives recommended destinations along with ArrivalGuides’ up-to-date and inspirational content on those destinations.
