New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Arden along with Rhys Darby known for the New Zealand comedy smash Flight of The Conchords, have come together in a 2.5 minute spoof video aiming to put New Zealand back on the map.
The tourism campaign raises the point that the New Zealand is frequently missed off theworld maps.
Last year due to the consequence of the oversight, a subreddit, MapsWithoutNZ was created. Around 30,000 subscribers can submit the examples of the latest blunder.
An investigation by Darby revealed that New Zealand was missing from maps in Getty’s stock photo library, Starbuck cafes, Ikea, in-flight magazines and also from the Central Park Zoo.
