First Banyan Tree Residence in Middle East goes on sale









·         Unique AED600 million project, will consist of a 32-storey single tower occupying 10% of total plot area, while 75% to be dedicated to resort-style amenities and facilities including a signature Clubhouse & Spa

Award winning UAE-based developer Sweid & Sweid and hospitality giant Banyan Tree, have officially launched sales for the Middle East’s first Banyan Tree Residence in Dubai.

Executive Chairman of Banyan Tree Holdings, Ho Kwon Ping along with Sweid & Sweid Managing Partner, Maher Sweid and Chairman Mohannad Sweid officially launched the sales suite, located adjacent to the construction site, which offers prospective buyers a clear view of the sprawling development and a mock full-scale two-bedroom residence, showcasing the luxurious design, premium finishes and other unique details that make these residences truly distinct.
