Passenger traffic at Denver International Airport (DEN) continues to set records, with the busiest November in the airport’s history.
The airport served 4,913,238 passengers in November 2017, an increase of 4.6 percent compared to the 4,695,897 passengers in November 2016 – setting a record for DEN’s busiest November in history. Additionally, passenger traffic increased by 3 percent during Thanksgiving holiday week Nov. 21-27 from the same time last year.
Nearly all of our airline partners experienced passenger traffic growth at DEN in November. International passenger traffic in particular continues to increase at a very robust pace, growing by nearly 25 percent in November.
Mail, freight and express cargo operations increased 8.7 percent in November, with 51,013,948 pounds, compared to 46,928,593 pounds of cargo in November 2016.
