UK will have £3.5 billion theme park by a major entertainment company to rival Disneyland Paris in the UK.
The giant theme park is said to have 50 rides and attractions with along with 2,000 seat theater, retail and food outlets, hotels and a nightclub to be launched in Dartford, Kent.
The developers have now stated that the plan will be submitted by the year end for the 110 acres of land on a former landfill site in Swanscombe Peninsula.
London Resort Company Holdings (LRCH) , leading developers on the project are working together in collaboration with the local authorities to bring the plan swiftly via public consultation stage.
Humphrey Percy, CEO of LRCH, thanked the members of the Paramount team who worked with the Project in August 2013.
The declaration will not effect the timing of their planned Development Consent Order (DCO) submission in November 2107.
The local authorities, landowners and community members are working closer to show the launch to the public before final stage of consultation submission before year end.
Percy further added that they intend to create a unique entertainment destination offering a scale and quality unprecedented in the UK .Here, the loved characters and stories will be brought to life from iconic movies, television, books, electronic gaming and toys.
The park will create 33,000 jobs in North Kent and will gather a footfall of 40,000 visitors in a day. It was said that the park will open by 2022 but it was pushed back. But after the government approval the work will start from 2019.
Visitors can get access to the attraction by spending £57 for a day.
