Ει βούλει καλώς ακούειν, μάθε καλώς λέγειν, μαθών δε καλώς λέγειν, πειρώ καλώς πράττειν, και ούτω καρπώση το καλώς ακούειν. (Επίκτητος)

LONDON - Knowcross, the global leader in technology intelligence for the hospitality operations industry, has announced their integration with Maestro, one of the largest property management software providers. The partnership allows a seamless integration between the Knowcross platform and Maestro.

“Our software applications help hotels enhance guest experience through personalization and timely delivery of services, while also improving staff productivity and escalating profitability. Integrating with a leading PMS platform such as Maestro helps us provide our solutions to more customers” said Nikhil Nath, Founder & CEO, Knowcross.
The Knowcross-Maestro interface allows guest information from the Maestro system to be accessed by the Knowcross platform. This enables hotel staff to use the information across all the Knowcross applications and helps hotels achieve higher standards of guest service.
“We are proud to extend the capabilities of Maestro PMS by integrating with Knowcross. There is increasing demand amongst our client base for direct integrations and the interface with Knowcross demonstrates our commitment to working actively to support the needs of our clients” stated Warren Dehan, President of Maesto PMS.
The interface enables Knowcross applications and Maestro to be fully synchronized. This allows room updates from KNOW Housekeeping to reflect directly in Maestro. It also helps reduce Minibar losses as staff can post minibar consumption directly from the Knowcross App to the guest folio in Maestro.
