Carlson Rezidor continues to fortify its presence in Western Europe with another hotel signing in Belgium. Park Inn by Radisson hotel is likely to open in Liège in 2020. Carlson Rezidor opened a new Park Inn by Radisson hotel in Hasselt and Brussels Airport earlier this year. The group will soon open its second Park Inn by Radisson hotel in Antwerp (Berchem) and the other one in Amsterdam (Sloterdijk).
The 100-room Park Inn by Radisson Liège will have a restaurant, meeting space for 40 delegates along with underground parking. Its central location will delight travelers and shoppers alike. The hotel is located10 kms from Liège Airport and 200 meters from the Gare du Palais railway station, with direct connections to main central stations of Hasselt, Maastricht, Brussels and Liège-Guillemins.
The newly built hotel is being developed by Bricks & Leisure Real Estate, a leading Belgian hotel investment company with more than 40 years of experience.
A cultural and commercial hub along the Meuse River, Liège is the fifth largest city in Belgium and Wallonia’s most attractive city for business and tourism visits with landmarks from the medieval area, including the Prince-Bishops’ Palace.
