Japan Airlines (JAL) was selected as Japan’s best airline in the announcement of 2017 Travelers’ Choice™ awards for airlines by TripAdvisor®, the world’s largest travel planning and booking site, based on flyer reviews.
2017 Travelers’ Choice™ awards for airlines around the world are new awards announced by TripAdvisor this year, on calculating airline reviews and ratings by travelers worldwide on TripAdvisor over a year since February 2016 based on a unique statistical algorithm. The awards include the Top 10 World’s Best Airlines, Top 10 Best Airlines by region such as Europe, North America, Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific, and the best airlines in 16 countries and regions.
JAL received awards in three categories below.
- Best Airline – Japan
- World’s Best Airlines – Top 10
- Travelers’ Choice Major Airlines – Asia Pacific
