SAN FRANCISCO - Modern luxury cruise brand Celebrity Cruises premiered its pop-up mobile theater, Celebrity Cruises Mobile Cinema, at the 20th Annual Sonoma International Film Festival, held March 29 – April 2, 2017. The first stop in the Celebrity Cruises Leading Edge Tour, the Mobile Cinema served as a screening venue and offered exclusive previews of Celebrity’s newest Edge class ships. The Mobile Cinema is now in Southern California as part of its 48-city national tour.
The Mobile Cinema features a high definition projector and sound system. Guests enjoyed beverages, wine, truffle popcorn, and entered to win a cruise to the Caribbean for two. Celebrity Cruises screened the US Premiere of Goddesses of Food, and the World Premieres of The Other Side of the Dirt and Veracruz.

The Celebrity Edge class is Celebrity Cruises’ first new ship class in almost a decade, and the first Edge class ship, Celebrity Edge, is open for bookings with an expected delivery of Fall 2018.
