Tjendana Corporation To Open New Authentic Balinese Restaurant in Bali


Tjendana Corporate brings to the island a new culinary destination with its authentic Balinese restaurant – Waroeng Dadong recently opening its door, Saturday 14th January 2017. Led by the experienced chef Chef Murdiawan, Waroeng Dadong attempts to retain the authenticity of original Balinese dishes and aims to manifest comfort yet pleasant dining for guests through its unpretentious presentation.

Located at Jalan Baypass Ngurah Rai no. 20 Tuban, Kuta – Bali, Waroeng Dadong as the restaurant name, gains inspiration from “Waroeng” that signifies a traditional hut with an open village-style and “ Dadong “ meaning grand mother in Balinese. It captures the traditional architectural style and ambience combined with the authenticity at the heart of the Balinese cuisine.
The key signature dishes at the restaurant include pork creations: Babi Guling, Brengkes Babi, Kuah Nangka Balung, Chicken creations: Ayam Betutu, Gerang Asem Ayam, Ayam Bukakak, Other creations: Lindung Sune Cekuh, Tipat Kuah , some traditional dessert including Laklak, Bubuh Injin, and more. The restaurant also be home to various distinct traditional beverages such as Es Daluman, Bandrek Kelapa Muda, Es Campur Sari crafted by team of kitchen team using traditional herbs ingredients.
