Now, Princess Cruises’ guests and travel agents can access a new department dedicated to providing group shore excursion experiences that are personalized and cater to a group’s interest. The department works with both small (six to 15) and large (16 guests or more) groups including family reunions, sports, church, special interest groups and more. Private cars, vans, transfers and boats are available and the department can accommodate a variety of budgets. Customized tours arranged through travel agents are commissionable.
This new department is comprised of destination experts, part of the industry first “Local Connections” program, which shares the passion and pride the company’s port partners have for their destination, while taking full advantage of the suggestions and creativity of those partners who know the destination best. With access to these destination experts and thousands of award-winning published tours the department can cater to a group’s interests with unique excursions developed just for them. The shore excursions team on board will also work closely with the group shore excursions department for seamless organization and execution.
