Vietjet Aviation Joint Stock Company (“Vietjet”) has announced the launch of two new routes connecting Hanoi, Vietnam with Taipei, Taiwan and Hanoi-Hue, Vietnam. The flights depart from Noi Bai International Airport.
To meet the increased travel demands the new routes will bring the total number of Vietjet’s flights operating out of Hanoi to more than twenty, connecting Hanoi with key destinations in Vietnam and Asia such as Seoul, Bangkok and Taipei. This is aimed at promoting regional trade and the capital city’s economic and tourism growth.
The Hanoi to Taipei route will operate on a daily basis from 30 October 2016. The flight will depart from Noi Bai International Airport at 2:05pm (local time) and arrive in Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport at 6:00pm (local time). The return flight will take off from Taipei at 7:10pm (local time) and land in Hanoi at 9:20pm (local time). The flight time is approximately three hours.
The Hue route will depart from Hanoi at 12:35pm (local time) daily from 1 November 2016 and arrive at 1:45pm (local time). The return leg will depart from Phu Bai International Airport at 2:20pm (local time) and land in Hanoi at 3:30pm (local time). The duration is approximately one hour and 50 minutes.
