Hurricane Newton splashed across the western coast of Mexico, wreaking havoc on the important tourist resorts in Los Calos on Tuesday.

The weather department came up with hurricane warnings at popular holiday destinations including San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. In addition, tropical storm warnings also had been issued for the western coast of the Baja California Peninsula.
Warnings have also been released for the regions that are affected by the hurricane. For instance, these regions are expected to experience about 10 inches of rainfall that might lead to sudden mudslides and flash floods as well.
FlightAware.com has reported that about 33% of the flights that had been slated for Tuesday from Los Cabos International Airport have already been cancelled owing to the violent hurricane. Apart from that, several resorts in this part of the world have introduced storm shelters in San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.
It has been predicted that the storm would lash down at the mainland of Mexico on Wednesday prior to affecting the US owing to a tropical depression that would be developing since Wednesday night. Between Wednesday and Thursday, various portions of New Mexico and Arizona are believed to receive violent winds and heavy rainfall.
