International MICE Geography Show Russia, an international exhibition and a workshop for business travel industry experts will be held on September 22-23 in Moscow. The event will be devoted to the prospects of the meetings industry and the issues of business travel. For the second time, the venue of IMG Show will be the legendary historic building of the Metropol.
The organizer, the Russian Association of Business Travel (ABT-ACTE Russia) will gather in one venue representatives of more than 200 large travel companies from 34 countries. They include tourism offices of Spain, France, Israel, Monaco, Switzerland, Dominican Republic, Russian and foreign airlines including Japan Air, Etihad Airways, Lufthansa, tens of international hotel chains and business hotels of Russia, transfer and transport companies.
More than 500 professional buyers from all over the Russia, carefully selected and invited by the Russian Association of Business Travel, will come to meet business travel service providers and, probably, to conclude cooperation agreements. Professional buyers include event and congress managers, heads of procurement, administrative and financial departments, travel managers, directors of TMCs, MICE and event agencies.
The International MICE Geography Show Russia workshop that became one of the largest in the industry by the number of talks held last year, will have even a larger scale in 2016. According to ABT-ACTE Russia forecasts, not less than a 1000 meetings and talks will be held at IMG Show Russia 2016.
The educational conference, the main feature of all the events held by ABT-ACTE Russia, this year will include presentations of new products and technologies, several master classes by the leading business travel experts on the most important issues of the business travel industry.
"A La Russ?" is the name of the gala dinner of the International MICE Geography Show Russia that will be held in the luxurious interior of the Metropol. In fact, its highlight will be ballet dances from the repertoire of the great Russian ballet dancer Anna Pavlova.
