ROCKVILLE, MD—Jonathan Nehmer + Associates (JN+A), HVS Design (HVSD) and Carmina Wood Morris (CWM), all firms specializing in the hospitality industry, are providing architecture and interior design services for the construction of a $35-million Hyatt Place hotel in Niagara Falls, NY. JN+A is the design architect and CWM is the architect-of-record for the hotel; HVSD will be providing interior design services for the hotel.
The Hyatt Place Niagara Falls will be a six-story, 128-room hotel located at the intersection of Rainbow Blvd., and Old Falls St., in Niagara Falls, NY. It is near Niagara Falls and Niagara Reservation State Park. The hotel will feature 14,500 sq. ft. of meeting and banquet space on the top floor. The first floor will include 7,000 sq. ft. of retail space along Old Falls St.
