Costa Cruises has launched a new online tool for booked guests, called MyCosta. It allows travelers to customize their cruises by adding amenities and services to their booking.
On the website, guests can book shore excursions, beverage packages, beauty treatments, and photography sessions. They can also purchase Costa-branded merchandise and wine.
It also includes a MyCruise section where all of the necessary information and forms for embarkation are found, including web check-in and cruise tickets. To access the site, visit mycosta.com and enter your last name and cruise reservation number. Guests can book services and amenities up to four days before departure.
MyCosta is available in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Portuguese, and can be accessed via desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
