Golden Sands Hotel Apartments sees increased interest from Saudi market

Golden Sands Hotel Apartments, part of A.A. Al Moosa Enterprises and pioneered the concept of hotel apartments in the region, is pleased to announce that new market segments from Saudi are being eyed as potential clients for the property as a result of their recent participation in Riyadh Travel Fair.

The team of Golden Sands Hotel Apartments met with different customers during the four-day show and received several enquiries from the Kingdom’s government segment which appears to be a potential market for the property.

Ahmed Rabeea, Asst. Director of Business Development who attended the show noted: “We had a successful participation and we have seen a good volume of visitors to the show. We have more meetings and a few new deals were signed from the government segment. We have seen increased interest from this segment who gathered information about our key offerings.”

The team updated existing and potential clients of the ongoing refurbishment projects at Golden Sands 3 and certain public areas in Golden Sands 10, in its continuing effort to maintain high standard product, service and facilities. They also announced their promotions for the summer season.

Saudi Arabia is the second largest market for Golden Sands Hotel Apartments and by participating in events held in the country such as the Riyadh Travel Fair, the group hopes to reach a wider market and attract more Saudi visitors to Dubai.

“Golden Sands Hotel Apartments is an annual participant of Riyadh Travel Fair because it is an ideal platform to showcase our product to both exhibitors and visitors. This year, the public made up a vast majority of the visitors to the show which is a good opportunity for us because it allowed us to interact directly with our guests,” added Rabeaa.

The Riyadh Travel Fair is considered as a significant annual event where leading travel and tourism companies in Saudi Arabia and Gulf countries gather to introduce their products, services and activities. It also opens investment opportunities for companies in the tourism, travel and hospitality sectors.
