The Web Summit, one of the biggest and most influential events for entrepreneurship, technology and innovation in the world, has chosen to move for the first time since 2010.
The 2016 Web Summit will take place in Lisbon from November 7 to 10th. Portugal will continue to host future editions in 2017 and 2018. Web Summit 2016 will be held at the MEO Arena and FIL Feira Internacional de Lisboa.
In 5 years, Web Summit has grown from 400 attendees to over 42,000 from more than 134 countries. It’s been called “the best technology conference on the planet”. After 5 years in Dublin, Web Summit leaves the city for Lisbon.
