Royal Cliff Hotels Group & Pattaya Exhibition And Convention Hall (PEACH) has recently been awarded with the Thailand MICE Venue Standard Certificate issued by the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB).
In order to elevate MICE services and standards for operators in Thailand and ASEAN, The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) implemented an effective tool to measure service excellence and quality, especially for MICE venues.
This prestigious certification has to be renewed every three years, in order to maintain the level of excellence and serves as business guidelines for investments, operations and management, and marketing support.
Mr. Michael Goh, the Director of Events of Royal Cliff Hotels Group and Resident Manager of Pattaya Exhibition And Convention Hall, received the Thailand MICE Venue Standard Certificate from the Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand, Gen. Thanasak Patimapragorn during the Thailand MICE Venue Standard Certificate Awarding Ceremony in Bangkok on Friday, 29th January 2016.
