Turkish Airlines to expand business within the peakwork Player-Hub network and Vayant

Turkish Airlines is strengthening their business with the peakwork Player-Hub network. The flight offers can be used for flight-only distribution as well as for dynamic packaging for hotel and flight package deals.

Worldwide operating Turkish Airlines is constantly expanding their network of destinations: with more than 280 destinations worldwide, including 14 airports in Germany, the airline provides service to 112 countries. Tour operator fares and published rates are available by using peakwork’s Player-Hub technology. The service not only pertains to the 14 departure airports in Germany, but also reaches out to France, Austria and Switzerland with arrivals into Istanbul, Dubai, Tel Aviv and many other attractive destinations.

“Turkish Airlines has been using peakwork’s technology for quite some time. We have experienced a high level of satisfaction while working with peakwork”, explains Fatih Cigal, Vice President of Sales for Turkish Airlines. Additionally, he states: “We have one of the most modern fleets that strongly meets the demand of the 14 airports throughout Germany that we currently provide service for. We are very pleased to be able to offer service in France, Switzerland and Austria. Our goal is to offer flights throughout various channels to meet our customers’ needs with access to 370 flights weekly to connect them with our global destination network.”

Ralf Usbeck, peakwork’s CEO, is pleased with the expanded offer of the global airline within the Player-Hub network: “Numerous flights being offered by Turkish Airlines will play an important role and are very attractive for dynamic packaging and German demand. High quality services are always important for our distribution platform, and especially for the future of dynamic packaging.” With the help of peakwork’s dynamic packaging technology, international tour operators offer current package deals, and take advantage of having full control and flexibility with peakwork’s in-house technology.

All the Turkish Airlines sales offers are produced and distributed by Vayant Travel Technologies relying on Vayant PreComputed technology. By using their very own Flight-Player, Turkish Airlines have the opportunity to not only control their current offers, but also have the possibility to customize offers based on current market demand. “Vayant Pricing Cache product allows Turkish Airlines to manage the content they want to distribute to their customers themselves. We also believe that Vayant products provides Turkish Airlines with the ability to strengthen their direct relationships with tour operators and travel agencies”, says Boyan Manev, VP Product Strategy and Business Development at Vayant.
