Lufthansa passengers now have the opportunity to fly directly with Europe’s biggest airline from Frankfurt to the dream destinations of Cancún, Mexico, Malé, in the Maldives, and Mauritius. All those new flights already started operations within one week.
First on 8 December, LH 514 departed Frankfurt for Cancún, followed by flight LH 704 to Malé on Wednesday, 9 December. And finally the week was rounded off on 10 December with flight LH 708 to Mauritius.
Cancún, Malé and Mauritius are just three of several new holiday destinations Lufthansa has added to its network in the last few months, with Tampa, Florida and Nairobi, Kenya being added in late September and late October respectively. In March 2016, flights to Panama City, Panama will begin.
The aircraft used for these flights – equipped with a FlyNet broadband connection – is the Airbus A340-300, with seats spread over three different travel classes. Out of a total of 298 seats, 18 are in Business Class, 19 in Premium Economy and 261 in Economy.
