Food Options

Other updates to Liberty will include expanded food options, including modern Mexican cuisine at Sabor, where customized salsas and guacamole are made right in front of guests.  Passengers can also enjoy Giovanni’s Table featuring Italian classics, and the R Bar; a 1960’s inspired cocktail bar.

New Stateroom Options

On the newly redone ship, guests will also be able to choose from a variety of new stateroom options, including 26 new panoramic oceanview staterooms, featuring floor to ceiling windows.  There will also be 53 new staterooms added to the ship.
Liberty of the Seas will begin sailing seven-night Western Caribbean sailings from Galveston starting in November.
The last dry dock was January 2011.
