12 years of cooking inspiration at the CTICC

For over a decade, the Good Food & Wine Show has pushed the boundaries of innovation and excellence as South Africa’s premier food, wine and lifestyle experience. Food enthusiasts can once again look forward to this captivating show taking place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) from 21-24 May 2015.

The Good Food & Wine Show is cooking up something bigger and better for 2015. Their celebrity chef line-up and a second-to-none culinary lifestyle experience will ensure that the estimated 45 000 visitors get a taste of the extraordinary.

According to CTICC Executive Chef, Warwick Thomas, “An event of this caliber showcases what is new and fresh in the culinary industry. Keeping our eye on these emerging trends helps keep the CTICC at the forefront in the industry”.

The show features the finest wine and decadent treats while at the same time exposing attendees to the nutrition revolution taking the world by storm. Visitors will also get to browse, sample and buy local produce.

The Interactive Celebrity Chefs Theatre is not to be missed this year, as these local and international icons bring ingredients to life. These include Buddy “Cake Boss” Valastro; Matt Preston – internationally acclaimed, award-winning food writer, MasterChef Australia judge and co-host; and Siba Mtongana – multi-award winning Freelance Food Writer, Celebrity TV Chef and Food Judge.

“This is the 12th consecutive year that the Good Food & Wine Show will be hosted at the CTICC. Their world-class facility and commitment to create exceptional experiences are some of the compelling reasons why the CTICC has been the venue of choice for us”, said Heidi Warricker, General Manager at Fiera Milano Exhibitions Africa.

This event is definitely a highlight on the Western Cape events calendar.
