Bulgari Hotel Milan is hosting the second season of Epicurea, the gastronomic festival where the world's most creative gourmet talents will unveil the ultimate culinary trends of the year.
From January to July 2015, the Hotel will turn into a hub of international cultures expressed through the skilful alchemy of tastes, aromas and creativity.
Epicurea is set to be experienced as a metaphysical voyage around the globe throughout the culture of food. Among the gourmet artists participating in the event are names of the highest calibre, such as René Redzepi, Yoshihiro Narisawa and Virgilio Martinez.
Luca Fantin, Chef of the Bulgari Restaurant in Japan, will delight guests for the final soirée in July, with his gourmet creations which have led to him being awarded Best Italian Chef in the world.
The first Epicurea event will take place on January 26th and 27th with Chef Danny Bowien.
