Bengaluru, the next stop in TTF 2015 Series


TTF , India’s biggest travel show network opened on Friday at Dr Prabhakar Kore Convention Centre, Bengaluru. The three-day annual trade fair has brought together more than 180 participants from all over India and abroad, including representations from 19 Indian states and 11 countries.
While Friday and part of Saturday is reserved for travel trade visitors, Saturday afternoon onwards the show is open for all, to facilitate weekend travel shopping. A visit to TTF is a delightful experience, as colourful pavilions and stalls are presenting glimpses, feel and flavour of their destinations and holiday products and packages.
Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh are the Partner States of TTF Bengaluru, whereas, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Kerala, Goa, Meghalaya, Jharkhand, Puducherry, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Madhya Pradesh are the Feature States. Karnataka, the Host State, as always remains a strong participant in TTF Bengaluru. Other states also being well represented are Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal.
 
Uttarakhand Tourism will hold a special road show for the travel trade and media on the second day of TTF Bengaluru. Hon’ble Tourism Minister of Uttarakhand, Shri Dinesh Dhanai will address the gathering and share in detail about the developments on how Uttarakhand is reshaping itself after the disaster and how tourism is coming back to normalcy in the state.

The international participation at TTF Bengaluru is led by Nepal, the Partner Country. TTF Bengaluru also has private representations from Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Bhutan, UAE, Turkey, Egypt, Maldives & Denmark. With the new Tourism Minister and Tourism Secretary at the helm of affairs, India Tourism is present with a sizeable pavilion displaying Swachh Incredible India.
 
TTF is supported by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, the Host State- Karnataka, and distinguished travel industry bodies including Incredible India, Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), Association of Domestic Tour Operators of India (ADTOI), Outbound Tour Operators Association of India (OTOAI), Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI), IATA Agents Association of India (IAAI), Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO), Indian Exhibition Industry Association (IEIA) and International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE).
