VietJet has announced plans to increase daily flights on its international route between Ho Chi Minh City and Bangkok effective 12 September 2014.
Due to a surging demand for low cost travel between these two destinations, the route will soon operate twice daily, holding a flight capacity of 5,040 seats per week.
Daily flights will depart Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City at 11.05am and 2.05pm (local time), with return flights from Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport at 1.50pm and 4.35pm (local time) respectively. The flight duration is approximately 90 minutes per section.
On this route, customers will be able to take advantage of VietJet’s onboard premium duty free shopping. Passengers can browse VietJet’s duty free catalogue and view a wide range of items and luxury goods including, cosmetics, perfume, wine, spirits and jewellery. VietJet is currently offering a 30 per cent discount on all in-flight purchases from 22 July 2014 to 22 August 2014.
