ASTANA, KAZAKHSTAN—Starwood Hotels & Resorts will debut its St. Regis brand in Kazakhstan’s capital city here with The St. Regis Astana and The Residences at The St. Regis Astana.
The project, developed by MG Development, is expected to open in 2017.
The St. Regis Astana will be located in Astana Central Park. The new-build property will feature 120 guestrooms, including 18 suites and a Presidential Suite. The hotel will offer event and meeting space comprising a ballroom, five meeting rooms and a business center.
Additionally, an all-day dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, St. Regis Bar & Wine Vault, a cognac bar and library will also be available on-site. Facilities also include a spa, pool, exercise room and a children’s club. The brand’s signature St. Regis Butler Service will also be offered.
The 50 Residences at The St. Regis Astana will feature a private entrance. The Residences feature two, three or four bedrooms and are 250-sq.-m. apartments adjacent to the hotel with access to the services and amenities at The St. Regis Astana.
