Qatar Airways launches streamlined payment options at its contact centre in Ahmedabad

Qatar Airways has launched a credit and debit card payment facility at the airline’s contact centre in Ahmedabad reiterating its commitment to delivering five-star experience on air and on ground for the comfort of its passengers in India. The State-of-the-art contact centre which serves more than 1,000 customers daily will now be equipped to issue tickets and process secure payments through credit and debit cards thanks to a secure Interactive  Voice Response (IVR) system.
