Canada leads Cuba's tourist-sending markets, according to a report issued by the National Bureau of Statistics and Information (ONEI).
That country has led tourist arrivals in Cuba for many years, and the ONEI scored for the June report about 181,269 visitors, a decrease compared to the same month last year (183,857).
The United Kingdom, Germany, Mexico, Spain, Italy, Venezuela, Russia, Argentina and Colombia follow Canada in the list of tourist-sending countries in June.
Canada remained first during the first semester of 2014 with 44.4 percent of the total number of tourists visiting Cuba, followed by Germany with 4.3 percent.
The United Kingdom (3.8 percent), Italy (3.6), and France (3.5), followed Germany in the semester.
