The collaboration Hard Rock International and Palladium Hotel Group will lead to Europe's first Hard Rock Hotel complex, scheduled to open in May 2014, which converts a property from the Spanish hotel group's Fiesta Hotels & Resorts brand.
The new hotel represents a €45 million investment. Offering more than 480 rooms, Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza will be the larger 5-stars- hotel of the Mediterranean island. It will be composed of 235 suites, a Spa, a Body Rock workout facility, 8,600 square feet of meeting space, iconic music memorabilia and world famous Rock Shop. the Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza will also offer unparalleled live music and DJ performances for guests.
The hotel will feature one of the world’s most expensive restaurants: Sublimotion restaurant is overseen by lauded Michelin-starred Spanish chef Paco Roncero and will charge diners €1,500 for a 20-course meal. Only 12 individuals will be served each night and, in addition to sampling the dishes on offer, they will have the opportunity to experience a multisensory installation.
