JacTravel, the UK-based wholesaler best known for its inbound travel services and its range of hand-picked, city centre hotels, has been named UK Tour Operator of the Year 2013 in the UKinbound Awards for Excellence.
UKinbound is one of the leading trade associations in the UK tourism industry and its awards are determined by the votes of its members who represent a broad cross section of the inbound tourism industry. JacTravel won the same award for 2011 and was a runner up last year. The accolade came just weeks after JacTravel was named UK and European Incoming Group Operator 2013 by the hotel chain Accor.
In 2013 JacTravel posted yet another year of consistent organic growth and international development, taking its turnover past £150m for the first time in its history.
