The list represents Delta Vacations Caribbean destinations with the most growth based on room-nights booked from 2009 to 2013. In all, Delta Vacations has seen an increase in booked room-nights of approximately 250 percent in these vacation destinations.

The vacation destinations on the list are also experiencing sustained growth because of increases in room capacity and improvements in infrastructure, such as the recently completed San Pedro de Macoris-La Romana highway, which connects Santo Domingo with La Romana, and La Romana with Punta Cana with trips times of less than one hour for each leg.
