Global Airport Decision Makers to Gather in Bangkok

The Trinity Forum, the leading global airport commercial revenues conference, will be held in Bangkok, Thailand on 26-28 February 2014.

The Trinity Forum has become the must-attend event on non-aeronautical revenue generation for airport executives. In order to bring airport performances to the next level, decision makers continually strive to discover the latest in best practices, to share information and to identify ways to increase market penetration. This year's conference theme, 'Towards Cutting-Edge Retail' will champion excellence and innovation across a range of areas from supply chain to social media, design to data capture, as well as explore the upside potential of true industry stakeholder collaboration.

"Developing and maximizing non-aeronautical revenues has become a necessity for leaders of the world's most successful airports, large and small. Today's executives know that the financial viability of their operations is increasingly tied to their success at diversifying airport revenue streams. ACI's data reveals that retail is a major contributor to non-aeronautical revenues especially in the Asia-Pacific Region, including the Middle East, where retail contributes 37% to non-aeronautical revenues. This speaks to the importance of the Forum for airport decision makers," said Angela Gittens, Director General, ACI World.

The event is an alliance between Airports Council International (ACI World and ACI Asia-Pacific) and The Moodie Report, and will be hosted by King Power International Group of Companies.

"We are excited that the Trinity Forum will be returning to Bangkok in 2014 and thrilled that The Trinity Forum will be hosted once again by King Power. This annual event has been one of the most important and influential airport commercial revenues conferences in the Asia-Pacific region, with a proven track record in bringing inspirational speakers from all over the world to give thought-provoking discussions. And with our partner The Moodie Report, all attendees can rest assured that this Forum will be a stellar investment," said Patti Chau, Regional Director, ACI Asia-Pacific.

"Those who attended the last Trinity Forum in Bangkok will never forget the warmth of our host's hospitality, the wonderful mix of cultural and historic social venues, and the strength of the program. We're thrilled to be working once again with King Power International Group of Companies, one of the industry's most quality-minded retailers," said Martin Moodie, Chairman, The Moodie Report.

"We are delighted to welcome back The Trinity Forum, the world's most prestigious airport commercial revenues event, to Bangkok. King Power believes in championing innovation and excellence, two of The Trinity Forum's key themes. Delegates can be assured of the warmest of Thai welcomes," concluded Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha, Chairman, King Power International Group of Companies.
