Marcus manages the
hotel, which it owns along with Carey Watermark Investors and The Arden Group.
The refresh, inspired by
a theme of rejuvenation and well-being, includes all 372 guestrooms and suites,
as well as public spaces, including the full-service restaurant, lounge and
meeting and banquet facilities.
Expected to be complete
next spring, the new space will feature streamlined décor and organic textures
and colors. The lobby will offer the signature White Tea by Westin scent,
lighting and new acoustics.
