LOS ANGELES—Northwood Investors LLC, a privately held global real estate firm, has acquired The London West Hollywood, a 200-room hotel in West Hollywood, CA for an undisclosed amount. Northwood Hospitality LLC, an affiliate of Northwood, will manage the hotel.
“We are excited to build upon the success of the hotel by making further capital investments in the property, beginning with the build-out of the new luxury suites," stated Jonathan Wang, managing director of Northwood. “This is our first hotel acquisition on the West Coast and exemplifies our focus on luxury hotels in strong hospitality markets."
The London West Hollywood is an all-suite luxury hotel with interiors conceived by David Collins Studio. The hotel also features gourmet dining from Gordon Ramsey and a rooftop pool and lounge. Following the acquisition by Northwood, Jeffrey Kulek will become the general manager of the hotel.
