The
new BNC Global Event Show 2013 has surpassed
projected registered visitor
numbers two months before the show opens forecasting over 600
visitors a day.
Similarly,
the 185 exhibitors registered have surpassed the organisers
expectations and bookings are continuing to come in aiming to reach
the target of 200.
The
BNC (Buyers Networking Club) is the leading networking association
for event
managers. With over 1000 members in the UK and
worldwide, the BNC offers unrivalled opportunities for networking and
knowledge sharing with event buyers. After the huge success of the
BNCs inaugural Event Show in April 2012 on board the HMS President
(1918) when 390 buyers were hosted
by 85 exhibitors, the BNC has created an
additional and unique Event Show taking place on 20 and 21 February
2013 based in the heart of the City London at
The Brewery,
which will also be open to event agencies.
The
buyers come from the fields of Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Banking,
Financial, Accountancy, Legal, Motor and Construction industry,
Design and Manufacturing, Telecoms, Industry consultants and
Retail. Registered buyers include the top qualified buyers
from leading corporations such as Aviva, Bank of America Merrill
Lynch, Barclays Capital, Bloomberg LP, Ernst & Young, ITV,
Sainsburys, Sony
Music and Wragge & Co. While the following
industry brand names are among those who have already signed up as
exhibitors: Accor, Atout France, Barbican, Blenheim Palace, Dubai
Destination Management, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Korea Tourism
Organisation, Leeds Castle, OMGreece,
Orient-Express, Park Plaza, Rocco Forte Hotels, Switzerland
Convention Bureau, Visit Scotland and Ritz Carlton, with many more
waiting to sign up in their new budget year 2013.
Buyers
must register and if they qualify to attend are given a choice of a
special gift, ranging from Chanel make up to iTunes vouchers to
champagne. In addition to this, the first 400 will receive a
wonderful hamper filled with unique gifts from Harrods. The core
concept of the show is to provide the best environment for networking
and doing business,
meaning no large imposing stand competing for attention. All stands
are the same and comprise a poser table and
two stools. As all events involve high quality food and beverages the
organisers have created a sponsored food hall and sponsored drinks
tasting areas. At 18.00 on the first day, a hosted party for all
exhibitors and attendees with a Ministry of Sound DJ and more
complimentary food and drink will continue the outstanding networking
opportunities in a relaxing environment.
