South
Coast Winery Resort &
Spa recently uncorked its highly anticipated plans for its 2013
expansion efforts when it received approval from Riverside County to
proceed with plans to build
a new
winery in the region.
The
new winery is set to be named Carter Estates. The new 5,470 square
foot winery, which will also house a tasting room, is part of the
project that will include construction of 23 buildings on 42,000
square feet of space slated forresort, winery, spa, and office and
meeting space. The construction plan also calls for a pool and plenty
of parking for visitors and guests.
And
while construction will begin shortly on Carter Estates, South Coast
Winery Resort & Spa is still on target to open their
new three-story, 50–unit, all–suite structure, and additional
meeting and event space in March 2013. This boutique property will
feature 50 additional spacious guest suites, measuring in at a full
538 to 850 square feet. Each suite comes complete with a fireplace,
soothing tub, and peaceful lanai deck placed in the vineyards at
South Coast Winery Resort and Spa. After all, few things
help bridge the romance gap
like a good glass of wine and an intimate, elegant, romantic, private
roof top perch at our new guest suites. Our new addition will also
include a custom–tailored 10,000 square foot rooftop garden, great
for hosting receptions,
banquets, and meetings elevating your event from the ordinary into
memorable high points.
Guests are
invited to live the life of a vintner with overnight stays in
spacious, luxury
villas tucked away in thevineyards, enjoy food
and wine pairing menus at its highly
acclaimed Vineyard Rose
Restaurant & Tasting Room, get down to business in the 7500
square feet of meeting and function space, soar on hot
air balloon rides high above the valley, plus
peek behind
the scenes with walking–tours of a real
working winery culminating in a private sit–down food and
wine pairing.
