IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) announce the opening of Crowne Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa, nestled at the lowest point on earth on the banks of the Dead Sea.
Guests
in need of rest and relaxation will
not be disappointed with the resort’s vast 5,500m3swimming pool,
called ‘The Lake’ and the beach-side pool with infinity views.
The 6,000m2 Thalgo Spa is the place to unwind with 30 treatment
rooms, three indoor heated hydrotherapy pools, a Dead Seasalt
water pool and gym. Guests can also enjoy Jordan’s
longest stretch of private beach at 408 meters below sea level.
Crowne
Plaza Jordan Dead Sea Resort & Spa, with its 420
rooms, including a Presidential Suite and Royal Suite, is just 30
minutes away from the capital Amman and 45 minutes from Queen Alia
International Airport.

resort’s eight bars and restaurants cater for all tastes, including
Burj Al Hamam serving traditional Lebanese dishes, a Latin American
restaurant and the Aqua Pool Bar. Guests can also wander down The
Promenade where they will find an amphitheater, Kid’s Club and
café.
With
uninterrupted views of the sea, the hotel’s meeting and
event facilities include the Obadas ballroom,
which can hold up to 600 people, as well as two smaller meeting
rooms which cater for up to 50 people.
The
resort is the third Crowne Plaza to open in Jordan,
joining Crowne Plaza Petra and Crowne Plaza Amman.

Inn Dead
Sea Resort and the renowned InterContinental Jordan.
