#1 Large City Hotel in Europe and #24 on the list of Top
100 Hotels Overall in Travel + Leisure’s prestigious 2012
World’s Best Awards readers’ poll.
Additionally, Four
Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet was named the
#1 Small City Hotel in Europe. The Hotel is set in the heart of
Sultanahmet, less than a minute's walk from Hagia Sophia,
the Hippodrome, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapı Palace. The Hotel
has been on the list for many years and has been voted as the #3 in
the same category in 2008.
As a newcomer on this list, Four Seasons Hotel Bosphorus now noted as a “T+L find” entry. The Hotel is located on the shores of the Bosphorus Strait in magical Istanbul, which was named the #2 in Europe and #3 in the Top 10 Cities category, noted as a “Hall of Fame” entry.
